Outpatient clients from Health Home Teams from several behavioral healthcare providers throughout Rhode Island, Residential program clients from group homes that provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health problems and seniors who reside in Assisted Living facilities and receive services from them.
What are the services you provide?
We specialize in filling prescriptions and delivering packaged medication using the Medication on Time system with color-coded multi dose bubble packs. We also provide single bubble packs and traditional bottles when they are preferred.

Our system is completely customizable to any patient's needs. Each organization is assigned to a very experienced team that knows its specific requirements and helps anticipate its needs.
We work to set up a satisfactory delivery schedule and to make each monthly delivery smooth and seamless; keeping meticulous records and communicating with the organization's staff to prevent delays. Medication changes that occur in between scheduled delivery cycles are handled expeditiously to ensure that each patient has the medication he or she needs.

What are the fees and costs for medication prescriptions
Horizon Pharmacy accepts and works with all insurances and works with them for billing and payment. Clients are required to pay the co-pay that is charged by their insurance.
What are the costs for the packaging and delivery?
There are no fees for delivery or packaging. We also provide free deliver to each facility that provides services to our clients.
